Submit an Executive Summary of your Business Plan

In initial stages of screening, the Alliance of Angels only reviews an executive summary of a company's business plan. A standardized executive summary is compiled from information submitted in this form. Only business plans submitted via this online form will be considered in the Alliance of Angels review process unless a Program Manager explicitly approves another format.

After successfully submitting this form, you will need to pay a $95 application fee to complete your application. On the next page, you will be issued a confirmation number for your submission and will find a link to the application payment page. If you do not receive a confirmation number on the next page, your form has not been entered into the database and needs to be resubmitted. If you encounter this problem, please check to make sure the fields are completed properly (fields with errors will have red text above them) and resubmit.

Once you have submitted your summary, you will be contacted by our program staff regarding next steps in the review process. The Alliance of Angels membership enjoys password-protected access to our website, and interested members may contact you individually prior to the completion of this process. An additional benefit to your application is exposure to our two affiliate members, the Bellingham Angel Group and the Tacoma Angel Network. In our efforts to expand regional co-investment, leverage our coaching and screening process, and make a greater impact on selected early-stage companies, we have affiliated with these non-profit Pacific Northwest angel organizations. Interested screening members from these two groups may elect to contact you as well.
