Susannah has served as Executive Director of the Technology Alliance since its inception in 1996. She oversees the operation of all TA programs, including the Alliance of Angels, and directs all research and policy activities undertaken by the organization. Susannah works closely with the TA Executive Committee and Board to develop and implement strategic initiatives that advance the organization's goals in education, research and entrepreneurship.

Greg brings more than 10 years of investment experience to the Alliance of Angels where he manages the operations of the AoA. He leads a team of Program Managers in coaching entrepreneurs and bringing the best deals forward to the AoA membership.
Before joining the Alliance of Angels, Greg was with Hewlett-Packard in London, England, overseeing strategy and corporate development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to HP, he was with two private equity investment firms, Frazier Technology Ventures in Seattle and GTCR in Chicago, where he participated in all aspects of the firms’ investing activities, including the sourcing and structuring of deals, due diligence and service on the boards of portfolio companies. Greg began his career at Alex. Brown in Baltimore, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Read Maloney is the 2009-2010 William H. Gates Sr. Fellow in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is a second-year MBA student at the University of Washington. Read, along with the rest of the Alliance of Angels team, screens for the most promising investment opportunities for the AoA membership. The program managers meet with approximately 20 companies per month and provide feedback and coaching on their business plans and investor presentations. They also conduct 10 Minute Pitch Clinics and help facilitate AoA member and entrepreneur events.

Zach Okun is the 2009-2010 K&L Gates Fellow. He is a second-year MBA student at the University of Washington. Zach, along with the rest of the Alliance of Angels team, screens for the most promising investment opportunities for the AoA membership. The program managers meet with approximately 20 companies per month and provide feedback and coaching on their business plans and investor presentations. They also conduct 10 Minute Pitch Clinics and help facilitate AoA member and entrepreneur events.

Amy coordinates the administrative functions of the TA board and executive committee and handles member recruitment, speaker relations and logistics for the Seattle Science & Technology Discovery Series. She assists with many TA events, including the State of Technology Luncheon and Alliance of Angels entrepreneur and investor workshops and events. Amy also serves as executive assistant to TA Executive Director Susannah Malarkey.

Katy manages the member, volunteer and sponsor relations of the Alliance of Angels, a program of the Technology Alliance. She is also responsible for sponsor and board relations for the Technology Alliance, and coordinates the event logistics for many events, including the Tech Institute, and the State of Technology Luncheon.
